Once upon a time there lived a girl named Nicole. She loved to color in coloring books, paint on any surface she could get her little hands on and even adorn a wall or two with her treasured 64 box of Crayola crayons.
Her partner in crime? A sweet stuffed elephant named Maggie. Together they would create masterpieces of epic proportions (otherwise known as "refrigerator art").
As Nicole grew up, she decided she would make it "official"....went to college, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts and spent 16 years teaching art to preschoolers. Maggie, of course, came along for the journey.
These days, Nicole (and Maggie) enjoy creating all kinds of enchanting masterpieces-the old fashioned way...a pencil, a paintbrush and some paint, working mainly in acrylics. And with a love for all things cute and tiny (and a bit of a Japanese influence), she creates a "delightful world of wonder and whimsy" into her craft.
Dedicated to making the world a dreamier place through her art, Nicole continues to live her "happily ever after" with each and every brush stroke she makes.
And Maggie...well, she's the best little elephant a girl could ever ask for.
